Our charity shop is at 4 Miles Bank (between Greenwoods and the Works bookshop) Hanley.
This is a really up to date "super shop" which has been professionally fitted out from scratch. Here you will find a wide variety of items for sale and stock is regularly updated twice a week.
We can often collect items as well so give a ring on 01782 207779.
Please note that the van we use for our trawls (house collections) is red with the RSPCA logo on the side. Our driver also has identification.
There have been incidences of thieves collecting items left out for collection using plain vans. If you see one of these please notify the Police. Thank you
We can take them any time during opening hours up to 2.00pm. If you have a quantity of items that you would like us to collect then please ring us on 01782 207779. A member of staff will gladly unload your vehicle.

Toys without a CE label,
furniture (apart from s,mall items),
infant goods, prams, pushchairs and cots.
Safety equipment such as cycle helmets
Items that are well worn, broken, chipped, dirty as we can’t sell them and it costs the Branch money to dispose of them.

If you wish to bring items to the shop there is a loading bay on Stafford Street. If you park and call at the shop there will be somebody available to help you unload.
