Bruce

Bruce was an elderly dog of 12 years and it took over a year to find him a home. Although he looks well he was in fact grossly overweight when he came to us and had no energy.

After finding a new home he lost weight and became more energetic.

Some cases of cruelty

Typical of our cases is the black Labrador pictured below. She was 18months old when found. She had been locked in a bedroom with no food. The Vet said that in another 48 hours he would have died. He weighed just 10.4Kgs. After 6 weeks he weighed 22.6Kgs and was rehomed

Last November he came on the Mutt Strutt with his new owner and enjoyed himself immensely. Now a happy dog and back to the weight he should be.
